KICK OF MEETING IN SLOVENIA
The first project meeting was held in November 2018 in Rogaška Slatina, Slovenia. Partners had the oppurtunity to get to know each other and a detailed plan of the project timeline and activities was made.
2nd TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN GREECE
The second transnational meeting was held in Patras in Greece. All the partners presented the project activities carried out in the project so far. Schools and sport organizations presented the sports activities they have carried out with children, ADDJ from Portugal presented the progress of the guideline, IES la Puebla presented the Android application they have developed, the University of Coimbra presented the developed material for evaluation of project activities and LU Rogaška Slatina presented the overview of the project activities carried out in the project until the meeting in Patras. Partners made plans for the future and evaluated the material and activities carried out so far.

3rd TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN VUKOVAR, CROATIA
In January 2020 the third meeting in the frame of NeedSport project was carried out in Vukovar, Croatia. Partners presented their work on the project, exercise they have developed and made plans for the future.
4th TRANSNATIONAL MEETTING – ONLINE ON ZOOM
In May 2021 the fourth transnational meeting was carried out online due to the situation with Covid-a9. Partners discussed the final stages of the project, finalizing of the developed material for the guideline and Android Application and budget changes.
ONLINE TRAINING
Due to the Covid-19 situation the training, which was planned for Poland, was carried out online. Partners presented an overview of their work on the project and all the videos where the demonstrations of all the exercises created in the project were shown to participants in order for them to get a clear picture of the execution of the exercise, to give their opinions about the developed materials and to make final adaptations to the developed material. Android Application was also presented and the participants learned interesting facts about beneficial effects of sports on children with special needs as well as learned about possibilities of using sports for inclusion of children with special needs.
